Information We Collect To facilitate our 1:1 portfolio reviews and mentoring sessions, we collect the following information directly from you via our intake forms: Identity & Contact Data: Your name, email address, and phone number. Professional Data: Links to your portfolio, resume, or specific CAD files/projects you submit for review. Transaction Data: Your 12-digit UTR (Unique Transaction Reference) or UPI Transaction ID, and payment screenshots used to verify your enrollment. (Note: We do not collect or store your bank account numbers, credit card details, or UPI PINs).

2. How We Use Your Information We use the data we collect strictly to deliver our services to you. This includes: Verifying your payment and confirming your 1:1 session booking. Communicating with you regarding scheduling, session links, and follow-up feedback. Reviewing your portfolio and project files prior to our call so we can provide objective, high-value mentoring.

3. Data Storage and Security Your information is collected and stored securely using Google Workspace infrastructure (Google Forms, Google Drive). Confidentiality of Work: We treat your personal data and sensitive project files with the utmost respect. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we may use non-confidential excerpts of your portfolio for educational or promotional case studies to motivate other students. However, any unreleased projects, embargoed college assignments, or files you specifically flag as being under an NDA will remain strictly private and will never be shared, posted, or used externally.

4. Sharing Your Data We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties. We will only share your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency in India).

5. Your Rights You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you. You may also request that we update or delete your contact information and portfolio files from our systems after your session is completed. To exercise these rights, simply email us.

6. Changes to This Policy As Equal2 grows and we upgrade our platforms (such as moving to automated payment gateways), we may update this Privacy Policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date."
